Vestriva Corporate Services ("Vestriva", "we", "us") provides company formation, bookkeeping, tax filing, HR and payroll, registered agent, and compliance services from Reno, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit vestriva.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form and email. When you write to us through the form on this site or at [email protected], we receive your name, email address, company name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- Engagement information. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to perform the services you hire us for — for example entity details, ownership information, financial records for bookkeeping, and identification documents where a government filing requires them. That information is governed by your engagement agreement with us in addition to this policy.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you found us. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
2. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are turned off by default and are only enabled if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can decline, and the site works exactly the same.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the banner. You can also block analytics globally with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To prepare and submit filings you engage us to handle.
- To improve this website and understand which content is useful.
- To meet our own legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run newsletters or automated marketing sequences. When you write to us, a person reads it and replies.
4. When we share information
We share information only where the work requires it:
- Government agencies — the IRS, state Secretaries of State, and similar bodies, when you engage us to prepare and submit filings on your behalf.
- Service providers — the tools that run our business, such as form processing (FormSubmit), analytics (Google), and hosting (Cloudflare). Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Licensed professionals — where a filing or opinion requires a licensed professional, we coordinate with one, with your knowledge.
- Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or court order.
5. Data retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for responding to you. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and corporate law — typically at least seven years for tax filings — and then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland: you have the rights set out in the GDPR and its UK equivalent, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- California: you have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but client records are treated with the care you would expect from a firm that handles tax filings for a living.
9. Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses and their owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
